Hi Laura,

I don't know if everyone feels the same, but I like the idea of not knowing what the finished bear will look like. I find I try to strive to obtain the same look and that has always proved to be impossible. We all know there are many factors which cause two bears from the same pattern to be different, the artist's style, and the bear's mood...LOL!!!

Thanks for taking the time to do this for us it will be fun to see what all the bears look like.

LOL!!!

Well, I finally picked out my mohair and cut out the pattern pieces.... hopefully tonight I'll draw and cut out! But I am waiting to post a photo till some of you do

well ive nearly finished mine but i also dont want to be the first to post pictures

so someone else better hurry up and make theirs

Charlotte - when do you think yours will be done??is it looking good?I thinke my fella is but i'm a little nervous because im only a begginer and everyone else here makes really nice bears. maybe i should be the first to post pictures after all then i cant chicken out when i see all you guys's bears

Natasha...I think I might have mine done sometime tomorrow if all goes well...mine is looking...well...

hmmmm good question...first bear pattern I have used in over 20 years...so I am nervous too...don't feel alone!!!

Sabastian is wonderful!!!!! Wow wow oh wow!!!

I am still working on mine...it's a very similar color...but very different material...hopefully tomorrow!!!

thanks for the praise!!!I'm still rather unsure of myself as a bear maker so its nice that you like him...every bear i make i get a little better so there is hope for me yet

after i posted him i wondered if i was meant to yet or if we were supposed to wait so if ive done the wrong thing here - let me know

cait wait to see yours and everyone else's bears now!!!!!!

Edit....My husband Glenn made the nose for me because i serverly lack in skills when it comes to clay..isn't it great!!!!
